- Excluding retired, part-time, overseas, prison & hospital chaplains
- Includes full time ordained curates (assistants)
- Correctly addressed according to title (e.g. Dear Mr Smith, Dear Canon Jones)
- Special 2nd line (or Present Incumbent, or Present Minister, or Present Priest-in- Charge) which increases the opening of mail
- Usually addresses remain constant, only the individuals move so the special line works well
- List has been working well for clients since 1989

- Key church decision makers - Church Treasurers, Church Secretaries, Church Wardens, Educational Officers, Church Musicians, Lay Readers, General Officers, General Clergy, Diocesan Secretaries, Diocesan Treasurers
- Includes those clergy not entered on the Clergy sector
- Also targettable as Christian individuals, provenly charity responsive
